About Dripology
Dripology is an IV wellness clinic which you can find us in Bluewater Shopping Centre, UNITED KINGDOM. offering intravenous vitamin therapy and wellness treatments designed to support hydration, recovery and overall wellbeing. These Terms and conditions govern your use of Dripology’s services and website. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Nature of Services
Our treatments are designed to support general wellness not a substitute for medical advice or not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical conditions.
IV therapy involves the administration of vitamins, minerals and fluids directly into the bloodstream. While many clients experiences benefits, results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.
Client Eligibility, Medical Assessment & Consent
Clients must be aged 18 or over to receive treatment at Dripology.
All clients are required to complete a medical form and undergo a health testing assessment prior to treatment. By booking and proceeding with our services, you confirm that:
All medical and personal information provided is accurate and complete
You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies and medications
You understand the nature, purpose and potential risks of IV therapy
You have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive appropriate information
You voluntarily consent to treatment
Dripology has the right to refuse, delay or withhold treatment at anytime where:
Treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable based on your medical history
Further medical information or GP/medical clearance is required
Information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
Informed consent will be obtained prior to any treatment being administered.
Cancellation Policy
At Dripology we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less then 24 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable and any missed appointments (no-shows) will not be refunded. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it is your responsibility to notify us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Any clients running 15 late or fail to show up for their original booking time, will be classed as a no-show.
Our clinic is open 7 days a week and we do our best to be available to you. We ask if you can contact us via phone or email and a member of our team will be happy to assist always. Dripology has the right to cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment if necessary
We recognise that unavoidable circumstance may occur occasionally which prevents clients from providing the required notice. Where this applies clients are advised to get in contact with Dripology as soon as they can to discuss their situation. Where reasonable justification is provided, we may, at our sole discretion, consider adjusting the applicable cancellation fee, all decisions will be made at our discretion based on individual circumstances.
Dripology does contain the right to make any updates, modifications to this cancellation policy at our discretion.
Bookings & Appointments
Bookings can be made via our website or we also accept walk-ins subject to availability on the day. All bookings are not confirmed until you have recived confirmation from Dripology.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate and up to date. All clients must complete a health testing consultation carried out by one of our members of staff, this will be completed before your Drip appointment in the clinic.
If this is your first time visiting us we would kindly suggest to come in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled booking. Alternatively if you have are a repeating customer then please arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to amend your booking time.
If you wish to cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior or if you fail to show up to your appointment time this will result as a no-show and will not be refundable as per our cancellation policy.
Dripology reserves the right to refuse or decline bookings at its discretion where is deemed appropriate to do so.
Payments & Pricing
All prices for services are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment may be required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. In some cases, a deposit me be accepted at the discretion of Dripology.
Dripology reserves the right to amend pricing, correct error or withdraw offers at any time without liability. All payments must be paid in full prior to receiving treatment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your appointment.
Where applicable, promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at anytime without notice.

Suspensions, Terminations and Refunds
Dripology has the right to suspend the operations of its services for maintenance, repairs or upgrades. If you breach any of these Terms and conditions or if you fail to complete your payment sums to Dripology (including invalid card due to expiry or payment fails for any reason) we have the right to terminate your account with us.
All packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred.
Liability
Dripology takes all reasonable care to ensure that treatments are delivered safely and in accordance with appropriate and clinical Standards.
By booking and receiving treatment, you acknowledge that IV therapy carries inherent risks and results may vary between individuals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dripology shall not be liable for:
Any adverse reactions or side effects where appropriate procedures and protocols have been followed
Any loss arising from incomplete or inaccurate medical information provided by you
Any failure to achieve the desired or expected results from treatment
Any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue or opportunity
Any delays, cancellations or disruptions to services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Events Outside Our Control
Dripology shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:
Power outages or technical failures
Staff illnesses or unavailability
Supply chain disruptions
Acts of nature or unforeseen emergencies
Where such events occur, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and may reschedule your appointment where possible
Our Right to Refuse
Dripology reserves the right to refuse, decline or discontinue treatment at any time, at it sole discretion, where deemed clinically or operationally appointment to do so.
This may include but is not limited to circumstances:
A client deemed medically unsuitable following health testing consultation
Incomplete, inaccurate or misleading medical information has been provided
A client displays behaviour that is inappropriate, offensive, unsafe or distruptive
Treatment is considered not to be safe in the client’s best interest
Where treatment is refused on clinical grounds, we will aim to provide appropriate guidance or recommend seeking medical advice from a GP where necessary.
Our Children Policy
Dripology provides treatment for clients aged 18 and over only.
Children are not permitted to receive treatment and must not be left unattended on the premise at anytime. All clients attending appointments are responsible for ensuring that any children accompanying them are supervised at all times and do not interfere with the safe and professional operations of the clinic. Unfortunately our clinic staff are not insured or trained to look after children so are refrain to supervise at any given time due to heath and safety
Our Pet Policy
unfortunately we are unbale to allow pets in the clinic at any given time, however we do allow service animals.

At Dripology, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional standard of care and client experience. We appreciate all feedback including complaints and concerns, as part of our commitment to continually enhancing our services.
If you wish to provide feedback or raise a concern, please contact us as soon as possible using the details provided by our website.
We aim to acknowledge all enquires promptly and will make every reasonable effort to investigate and respond in a timely and fair matter.
Where a complaint is raised, we will review the matter carefully and where appropriate, then take steps to resolve the issue
